Last week I picked up a new Outback via the internet buying service. Admittedly I was skeptical of setting up the purchase over the phone, and traveling 300 miles for delivery, but having taken the chance I am thoroughly satisfied. Particularly I want to acknowledge Matt Drwal, with whom I worked to make the purchase. I found him forthright, responsive, and affable. He delivered the exact vehicle I wanted in short order at a price that far exceeded all of the competition I researched. I also wanted to thank Al Hassan in the finance office, Ignacio for picking me up from the airport, and Melissa Distel for ensuring I had a positive experience. Without hesitation I would return as a customer, and recommend Grand Subaru to friends. More

Quick, no hassle purchase experience I bought my car through USAA Tru-Car. Matt, the internet sales consultant,contacted me within 2 hours of my initial expression of interest through US I bought my car through USAA Tru-Car. Matt, the internet sales consultant,contacted me within 2 hours of my initial expression of interest through USAA. I made a brief visit to dealership in Dec to test drive a Legacy. I ordered the car and Matt indicated it would be available in Feb. He contacted me Feb 9th to say car was ready and I set up appointment on Feb 11th. While I did have to spend 2 hours there completing paperwork and listening to business manager, it was painless compared to previous experiences. They didn't press other optional services, just offered and accepted my answer. The trade-in value on my old car was lower than what I expected based on Kelley Blue Book but not enough to go through hassle of selling it myself. Almost perfect car buying experience. More

All the staff at Grand Subaru were friendly and helpful. The most important thing for me was getting a good car at a good price and not having to do the "car sales song and dance." They quoted a price and didn't sneak any hidden stuff in at signing. I'd go back next time. More

Did what other salesmen never have. After visiting a few Subaru dealers, I couldn't find the car I wanted with the options I wanted. I thought I would have to settle for less, or wait u After visiting a few Subaru dealers, I couldn't find the car I wanted with the options I wanted. I thought I would have to settle for less, or wait until a could find a used one at a better price. At Grand Subaru, Matt Dwral was helping me and saw that none of the cars on the lot were what I wanted. So he did what no other dealer had, he said that he could order one for me with all the options I wanted. I thought it would be out of my price range, but I got everything I wanted at the price I wanted. Matt is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He went out of his way to help when we came to pick up the car. Thank you Matt. More

But once we got there to pick up the car they began the aggressive upsell, including the business manager telling us we made a huge mistake by not purchasing the insurance. This was very off putting and made me question the value and reliability of the vehical. More

Awesome Car Buying Experience! Great price, fast and efficient service. All the employees we had contact with were very friendly and accommodating to our time lines. Matt even gave us his cell number and said to call anytime with any questions (couldn't believe that!). The service dept. was able to add our side panel/mudflap package on the day we wanted and that service was efficient and timely. We drove away happy with our Forester and the dealership. Keep up the great work. We will definitely be back as well as refer friends and family. More

Great Experiene Every Subaru dealer that I contacted was claiming that they had a car similar to what I was looking for, but not exactly what I wanted. Those cars also mostly had an extra futures that I didn't really wanted, and of course I would have to pay extra for them. In Grand Subaru, Matt offered an option of pre-ordering the car that I exactly wanted and for lower price than the cars already available for sell. I had to wait three months for my car, but I have what I want and for a good price. I am very happy with my purchase. Matt was very friendly, helpful, and professional. He wasn't very pushy, but informative, and seemed to care about me getting what I wanted. I recommend contacting Matt for anybody who is interesting in buying Subaru. More

We worked with two employees: Glenn Miller and Matt Drwal. Glenn took care of our online order and was answering all our questions promtly while we were waiting for a car. Matt Drwal finalized the purchase. I have to admit, we are not easy clients but Matt was courteous, informative and patient. He informed us about some optional packages but did not push them on us. We are pleased with the service we got. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

We th My husband and I were looking for a new car -- a Subaru Forester, to be specific. We visited one dealer, whose salesman was less than helpful. We then went online (Truecar) and began searching. Matt Drwal at Grand Subaru was immediately responsive and had the absolute BEST price, by far. We went in the next day to take a look at their inventory, selected what we wanted and the process was as smooth and easy as it gets. The business manager, Dan D'Andrea was terrific, too. Total time: 2.5 hours, including a test drive. Love these guys! More
