At the end, we got a car that exactly matched our expectation - from the trim, to the installed options, and to the exterior color! Matt arranged the car to be transported from another dealership in order to get an exact car we were looking. We settled the deal mostly through the emails with phone calls sometimes. We never visited the dealership at the Bensenville site before finally coming to close the deal and pick up the car. However, with timely and productive communications with Matt and the fact that Matt is very forthcoming throughout our dialog, we did not feel any difficulty in this process. Highly recommend!!! More

They have given us internet quotes that reflected the price we would pay for our car. There was no game playing. As we walked in the door we were greeted in a friendly manner by Melissa Distel. We asked for Matt, and his warm personality made me realize we were in the right place again. He showed us the car, let us drive it, and we got down to business. He made our buying experience a pleasure. It was seamless from start to finish. At the end when we were driving out he made it clear that we could call him with any questions about the car. He even waved as we left! Thanks Grand Subaru! More

Hands down, best experience! I've purchased many cars and trucks over the years. Some buying experiences have been good and even more fall into the category of frustrating. But I've purchased many cars and trucks over the years. Some buying experiences have been good and even more fall into the category of frustrating. But most of us just except the process of buying a car as an uncomfortable process that - is what it is. Enter Grand Subaru. I threw out pricing requests to six Subaru dealerships in the Chicagoland area. Matt Dwral comes back with by far the most competitive pricing, so competitive that I was looking for the fine print in his emailed quote, and fully expected to be nickle and dimed if I were to follow up with a visit to the dealership. I set up that trip over to Grand Subaru and my wife and I were blown away by the simplicity and transparency of how this dealership operates with their customers. Overall, Matt facilitated an awesome buying experience for us. We were in and out of the store in the shortest amount of time that I've ever experienced. No hassles no hidden surprises - just a great buying experience from start to finish. More

Excellent car buying experience Matt Drwal made our car buying experience not only painless but actually enjoyable. He spent so much time with us, showing us several models of cars Matt Drwal made our car buying experience not only painless but actually enjoyable. He spent so much time with us, showing us several models of cars on at least 4 separate days. We were never made to feel as though we were wasting his time and we never were made to feel rushed to make a decision. He provided several different quotes for the various models that we were investigating and feel that he was doing all that he could to help us find the best car for our needs. he earned our trust and our business. Painless car buying experience We had a great experience buying our car from Grand Subaru. We were looking for a new car for our daughter who had just graduated college. We looked at several different cars and spoke with several different dealerships. Once we decided which car we wanted, we started our search on the internet to see what pricing we could get. We have bought several cars over the internet and have always found the experience to be quite painless. We received pricing from our internet salesman, Matt Drwal. Matt's pricing seemed too good to be true. There was not another dealer who could come close to his price. We were a little worried that the deal might have been too good to be true. When I spoke with Matt on the phone, I told him that we did not want to waste our time driving out of our way to find out that there was more to the deal than we had thought. Matt assured me that he could have the car washed and ready before we got there and he would do his best to move the process along as quickly as he could. I think that the whole process took a little over an hour. The car was ready, washed and full of gas when we got there. The paperwork was filled out quickly. We were presented with extra options, but we did not feel pressured to buy anything extra. Matt went over every feature of the car and explained everything in a very simple manner. The finance manager couldn't have been nicer. He also explained everything and made sure that we understood all of the financing details. Once we were all done, Matt put our new license plates onto our new Forester, asked us if we had any other questions, and we were on our way. My daughter loves her new Subaru Forester More
