Matt arranged the car to be transported from another dealership in order to get an exact car we were looking. We settled the deal mostly through the emails with phone calls sometimes. We never visited the dealership at the Bensenville site before finally coming to close the deal and pick up the car. However, with timely and productive communications with Matt and the fact that Matt is very forthcoming throughout our dialog, we did not feel any difficulty in this process. Highly recommend!!! More

We asked for Matt, and his warm personality made me realize we were in the right place again. He showed us the car, let us drive it, and we got down to business. He made our buying experience a pleasure. It was seamless from start to finish. At the end when we were driving out he made it clear that we could call him with any questions about the car. I threw out pricing requests to six Subaru dealerships in the Chicagoland area. Matt Dwral comes back with by far the most competitive pricing, so competitive that I was looking for the fine print in his emailed quote, and fully expected to be nickle and dimed if I were to follow up with a visit to the dealership. I set up that trip over to Grand Subaru and my wife and I were blown away by the simplicity and transparency of how this dealership operates with their customers.
