Was told my car would be looked at that day (friday) because I had an appointment. When I had heard nothing by end of day I called and was told they would not be able to look at the car until at least M because I had an appointment. Manager Art Wierzbicki dismissed any concern claiming that no communication was necessary and then lied about conversation with service advisor despite not being present.
