To be honest, if it wasn’t the used truck we had been looking for for months, we would have walked away. Lots of “shady” sales techniques. Two examples. They pre install an anti theft device on their vehicles and charge $995.00. Be prepared to pay $1,000 more than advertised. While signing documents, one paper you sign states it is an option. They say it is a contract with their vendor. Second, the first offer they gave was $2,000 higher. When they come back with a counter, they reduced the anti theft charge by $400 and truck price remained, which did not account for a 2k drop Come to find out, they plug in a 10% plus sales tax rate hoping you agree to the higher “out the door price”. Then they try and get you to think they lowered the price. When they actually changed the rate to what it should have been. Quite a few other things. We really would not return to this dealership,
