I co-signed for my friend on a previous lease because of her credit situation. I really wanted to get myself off the lease to remove my financial responsibility. As the lease was maturing, Matt Gonzalez he her credit situation. I really wanted to get myself off the lease to remove my financial responsibility. He gave me peace of mind by proving a copy of the check to Nissan Finance. Although NF did not immediately recognize the balance paid in full, it eventually got resolved on their books. More

Even though I didn't buy from him this time I wish I did because that other dealer added so much other charges to the car it ended up being the same price as if I bought it from Matt. But the experience was traumatizing and very stressful. Learn from me. His initial response to our calls and texts, exemplifies a genuine level of customer service......one that we haven’t seen previously when dealing with a car salesman. We were making a purchase for my mother, who, at that time, could not travel to STL. Therefore, we were given the task of choosing, test driving, and orchestrating the entire purchase of her 2019 Frontier Nissan, on her behalf.......and our nerves were a bit frazzled just being given this job! Having explained this situation to Matt, he led us through the entire purchase, from first meeting to the delivery of the truck to her doorstep, a little over a week later. Matt’s high level of genuine customer care was evident through the entire process. Over the years, I have dealt with many “car salesmen” but Matt Gonzalez, is definitely in a category of his own.
