There is a lot of technology in today's car and he was very thorough explaining all the features. There was a small blemish on the vehicle we wanted and Matt had to corrected even before we drove it off the lot. There was never a time we felt pressured to buy. For starters, my wife and I were thinking of leaving a vehicle in the Rogue family. I found a Rogue Sport that was in the budget. Matt got the numbers to a workable monthly payment. After talking with my wife we decided to purchase. Emailed Matt with the request for a completely different vehicle. The new one was the full size Rogue. The emailed told Matt the information on the new Rogue with what price I could afford. After about two or three phone calls Matt had the car exactly were I needed it to be. Now with my previous credit was not a easy task to pull off. While in the financing office, the option to up grade the warranty was presented but never pushed. After buying the Rogue my wife was thinking about buying her a new car. We went back to Bommarito in Hazelwood, to see Matt,after a Hyundai dealer made my wife cry from hard pressure sale. This was the dealership and the salesman that sold my wife her last car. My wife found a car she liked and Matt ran the numbers but could see my wife's uncertainty. He told us to go home and thank about it. She decided not to buy at this time and emailed Matt. He simply replied,"thanks for opportunity and wanted us to make the best decision for our family". When my wife is ready we will go back to Matt. One thing about me, I don't have much love for most salesmen and have no problem letting know it. I can honestly say I trust Matt More
