They promise one thing and don't deliver . They say they want to help, but then don't - but it's not their fault, their hands are "tied". Loyalty means nothing and is certainly not rewarded o . I think the person that helped me the most was Phil the finance man he spent numerous hours calling different banks to find me the best deal he could get me!!! The lifetime powertrain warranty was a big selling point for me to come to strong vw!!! I would do business with them again!! More

Dishonest and poor customer service We spent over a week emailing back and forth with there internet sales manager Matt. We filled out the online credit app. And received an email approv We spent over a week emailing back and forth with there internet sales manager Matt. We filled out the online credit app. And received an email approval. We provided all info including trade info to Matt and set up and appointment for Sat Nov 12. When we arrived we couldn't get anyone to help us for about 30 minutes, Finally Matt came out and handed us keys to a car we were not even interested in and said go test drive it, there all the same. After the test drive we found the Passat that we wanted. then it was 4 different salesman and the sales manager dealing with us. Then suddenly they didn't have all my credit info. Then they didn't have my trade info. then the car advertised for 16,900 was suddenly 22,900 we drove 90 miles on good faith, only to leave disgusted and totally wasting our time, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone who wants an honest dealership that actually provides what they advertise, We will definitely go thru a different dealership, More
