I took my car in because the radio wasn’t working, and was told I needed a new radio. The replacement radio was ordered and I was told it would take five days to come in and that I would be called. was told I needed a new radio. The replacement radio was ordered and I was told it would take five days to come in and that I would be called. The radio took like three weeks to come in, and I never received the promised call. In the interim, I received a message on my car’s screen saying a software update was available. I downloaded it and the radio worked fine after. The original diagnosis of my problem was incorrect. When I would call the dealership and ask for service, the phone would ring endlessly and never be answered. At least twice I was promised that I would receive a call to update me on the status of my repair work. It never happened. I am very dissatisfied with the ease of getting a service appointment, the quality of my problem’s diagnosis, and the responsiveness of the service department. More

It took at least 4 calls before I was able to get a reservation to complete the recall. When I made the 1st call to take care of the recall, I was told the parts would be there. I ended up waiting a long time for a fairly routine check-up, and it seems someone forgot to tell me when the service was completed, but when I asked what was going on with the car, they immediately co check-up, and it seems someone forgot to tell me when the service was completed, but when I asked what was going on with the car, they immediately comped my bill for the inconvenience without me asking. The service was quality and I appreciate the effort to make up for the mix-up. Overall a good experience. More

The dealership kept my car for 2 weeks and did not do anything to fix the problem. I will not be using their services anymore. I dropped off my 2018 Genesis G80 Sport with the transmission slipping in 2n anything to fix the problem. I will not be using their services anymore. I dropped off my 2018 Genesis G80 Sport with the transmission slipping in 2nd gear. They said it was the cellnoid. I left it with them for 2 weeks to order the part and fix the problem. I had to call them multiple times for updates. The person who was supposed to be monitoring my car was hardly available. Never go to the dealership group for anything. They are awful. More
