I requested 100% synthetic oil for my oil change. A few days after the service was completed, I called the parts department and talked to someone about the cost of synthetic vs regular oil. The service person told me that 100% synthetic oil would cost over $100. I was charged $65.50 or about the price for regular oil she quoted. So, either the wrong oil was used or they undercharged for the oil change. Other than that the Service was good. More
