Always great customer service! We purchased our car in October 2017. Within a week we were rear ended (yikes!) but Luther took care of everything with the repair. An oil change and the 15,000 mile services were easy breezy as well. Luther really does give great customer care! More

Long wait Wait to long for oil change and when i asked if they done the said yes but was still working on it. Over 1 and half hr just for standard oil change. Just try selling me stuff for my veracruz. I don't recomend them at all. More

No invoice or info on the repaint of the hood was done I would expect someone to know what exactly was done to my car. None of the service advisors had any information as to how the the painting issue was I would expect someone to know what exactly was done to my car. None of the service advisors had any information as to how the the painting issue was resolved - spots only, the whole hood redone, ....? More

Its OK I wish the service adviser Matthew Haynie would have been more friendlier, care more and give more precise updates. When has been asked a question, he I wish the service adviser Matthew Haynie would have been more friendlier, care more and give more precise updates. When has been asked a question, he just simply didn't know an answer or simply didn't want to answer it. When he he texted me with an update to tell me what is wrong with my vehicle he didn't even mention the second issue or give an update to that, even though there was 2 issues on the ticket from the beginning. (The car was turned in with 2 issues)I had to call him and ask him about. Just in general this service advisor is not friendly and doesn't se?m to care much about customers! If you want real help and good relationship with your advisor, I'd talk to Dave B, he would give you a superior service and a smile!!! More
