Polite, responsive, thorough. After researching the available Hyundai dealership service centers in the Twin Cities, we made the decision to go to Luther Bloomington Hyundai. We're After researching the available Hyundai dealership service centers in the Twin Cities, we made the decision to go to Luther Bloomington Hyundai. We're very satisfied with our choice. The service advisor staff are polite, responsive, and showed genuine interest in our vehicle concerns. During the repair process they were responsive to our inquiries and provided detailed information whenever we asked for it. We were in a unique position of not needing the vehicle for transportation, so we were able to leave it with the service department for as long as they needed to affect repairs and to identify any additional issues which needed attention. During that time, they kept us informed without us having to contact them for updates. From a customer service standpoint, I would rate the service department 5 our of 5 🌟 Stars. Additionally, the salespeople were also very kind and helpful whenever we were in the dealership. The customer waiting area (although we spent little time there) was bright, comfortable, and had a great beverage selection, including an array of Starbucks coffees. Our service advisor Matt gets a special recognition for his professionalism, as does the Service Manager Carleen for her obvious commitment to professional, personable customer relations. Luther Bloomington Hyundai made a concerted effort to treat us well and earn our future business. They succeeded. More

Not the greatest When I got there I was there for way longer than they had said. I waited and then was finally told that my tires were worn and that they all needed to When I got there I was there for way longer than they had said. I waited and then was finally told that my tires were worn and that they all needed to be replaced that day and that it could be very bad for my car if I did not. I knew I had bought a warranty to replace everything including my tires but the man who had helped me told me there was no such warranty. I was frustrated so went home and looked at the paperwork only to realize that I did have a warranty that would’ve replaced the tires. The guy working with me was not very friendly and talked to me in a way that seemed somewhat demeaning. My father then called and asked for them to look up the warranty to which they responded immediately. He wanted to get some numbers and dates set up for when I could come in next so they took down his number and said they would call him back within the day. We still have yet to receive a call back. My visit was last Tuesday. Easy to say that I will not be returning to this dealership again. More

Buying experience was fine. Service, look elsewhere. Although you pay a premium assuming higher quality service, I've lost trust and confidence in their ability to deliver consistent results. After 5 yea Although you pay a premium assuming higher quality service, I've lost trust and confidence in their ability to deliver consistent results. After 5 years, I'm going elsewhere. I mistakenly assumed Luther dealerships would have similar service levels after having over 10 years of solid service at one of their Honda locations. Clearly I was wrong. It is one thing to make a mistake. It happens. But to cast it off as a misunderstanding, ask the customer to return a second time to make things right and then turn around and try to charge that customer full price for their process breakdown while never really owning up to their errors is unacceptable. An opportunity to make things right and improve their standard work was squandered. Trying to squeeze another $84 out of this incident will end up costing them $100's if not $1,000's more in lost service opportunities and $10,000's in future vehicle sales. Too bad, really. The buying experience was solid. More
