Worth The Drive I purchased a new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek this weekend from Valley Subaru. The moment I drove up I had a good feeling about this dealership. All the fol I purchased a new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek this weekend from Valley Subaru. The moment I drove up I had a good feeling about this dealership. All the folks there are so friendly and accommodating. I had to drive 2 hours to get there, but definitely worth the drive. They worked with me to find the vehicle I wanted and to make it affordable for me! Once the deal was complete and the staff was great about completing the paperwork, etc. Matt Hollembeak was my salesman and he was great! He explained the operations of all the bells and whistles so that I could understand. When I was in the Crosstrek and ready to leave the dealership I was sitting there reviewing things before I left and he came back out, got in the car realizing that I still wasn't sure about some of the options! He was great !! I will recommend this dealership and Matt to friends and family!! More

Mistake in pricing not honored. He tried very hard to negotiate a deal for us. During our visit the final decision maker made an error in pricing of the car we were looking at and had I not pointed the mistake out to him we could have purchased the car, but when the error was brought to his attention he would not honor the price even though he had signed the paper with the price offer. I feel the price should have been honored it was his mistake. Not sure we will return to that deLership if so it will only be because of Matt. More
