I'm very disappointed with this dealership. I had a problem with my paperwork and called Matt the finance guy 3 times and left messages and he never called me back. My wife called and he called her bac problem with my paperwork and called Matt the finance guy 3 times and left messages and he never called me back. My wife called and he called her back the same day. I'm figuring he thinks it's ok not to call me back just because he talked to my wife. It's not good business when a customer reaches out to you and you never return their call and Drake the sales guy did the same thing. I hate sales people that smile in your face just to get the sale and after that they always seem to be unavailable when you have a problem and try and reach out to ask a question. I haven't bought a new car in 20 years and this is the reason why because of dealerships that hire people that don't care about their customers. If anyone goes there do not talk to Drake or Matt in finance or just choose another dealership. More
