He worked with me through On August 3, 2019 I purchased a new 2019 Highlander Limited from Toyota of McKinney. The sales person Erald Kuqi was great. He worked with me through several days of deciding on the model that was right for me without pressure. He exhibited a thorough understanding of the features of the vehicles being considered and was professional at all times without the pressure that one often feels in buying vehicles. He was responsive to my requests for information even on his days off. I give him the highest possible rating. In addition, the Finance Manager, Matt Jirani closed the purchase being very accommodating and thorough in working through the transaction with me. He answered questions in detail and both Matt and Erald were very helpful in giving me confidence that the Dealership would make the future ownership of the 2019 Highlander Limited a good experience. I traded a Toyota in with this purchase (purchased at another North Texas Toyota dealership) and I can tell you the purchase of that car was extremely long and tedious.....this was the complete opposite!!!! After having driven my previous car for 10 years I was very concerned about trading it in and finding something new in my price range. I received an excellent trade in price on my old car which helped to lower my monthly rate on the new lease. Matt Jirani took me out to see my new car and to test drive it around. He took so much time to introduce me to all the new car technology which I was not familiar with. He made everything easy to understand. Phillip Pratt guided me through the leasing agreement, again making sure I understood everything clearly. I absolutely love my new car. The whole buying experience was painless.
