This is the third purchase through Pat Lobb and I'm proud to say I have not had that experience here. First, you are not bombarded with dozens of sales staff when you arrive. In this case I had already made contact online and had a name to advise us: Paul Tseng. We expressed our desires to drive several vehicles, told him what we were looking for, and he led us to the right vehicles. Paul was very knowledgeable of the features of each vehicle, and explained the different options available on the different trim levels. He didn't push us to one vehicle or the other, but his advice was extremely helpful When it came down to the deal, as usual there's a little back and forth, but we had done our research and knew what a reasonable deal we would accept. I've always felt like we had a fair deal when purchasing from Pat Lobb, and Paul was able to help with this latest purchase. Oh, and we worked with Matt Jirani in the finance department, second experience with him, and as expected we received great service as well. My wife loves her new RAV4 XLE. Happy wife, happy life! Professional people doing a job professionally Erald Kuqi was excellent in sales. He answered each question patiently and concisely especially the financial ones and those dealing with driving and Erald Kuqi was excellent in sales. YES, you should buy a car from Braden. Not only does he know information comfortable enough to feel safe purchasing the car of your choice, but he takes the time to get to know his customers, and he’s very know information comfortable enough to feel safe purchasing the car of your choice, but he takes the time to get to know his customers, and he’s very personable. I don’t always like going into dealerships because I feel swarmed by sellers, but with Braden he never pressured me into any purchase and I feel like I’ve made a friend in me. I highly recommend Pat Lobb Toyota. We have bought about 7 or 8 cars from this dealership over many years. He was very patient walking us through everything as we had many questions. Due to the fact that Hybrids are in great demand, it threw a wrench into our plans to show up at the dealership and purchase a car. Norman Nguyen, worked with us to get the care we really wanted and to make it work out for us. This is also a clean, cheery, sustainable dealership. That means they care about the planet we live on and strive to be "Green." We've also had excellent work over the years in the service department when we come in for car maintenance. This is definitely a much more pleasant experience than any other car dealership we have dealt with over many years. More
