I brought my car in to deal with two recalls and I made the mistake of asking service to test my vehicle for a noise while it was there. I was charged a diagnostic fee but the vehicle was never road teste the mistake of asking service to test my vehicle for a noise while it was there. I was charged a diagnostic fee but the vehicle was never road tested in order to find the noise so they could not diagnose the noise. The service center wanted to charge me a second diagnostic fee to road test the vehicle. They told me they found (in the diagnostic that they DID do that I didn’t ask them to do) that the rear trailer arm bushing was separating and I was told that the vehicle would not pass inspection due to the bushing. My mechanic told me that the bushing wasn’t nearly bad enough to fail inspection. Makes me wonder if the recalls were even done. So all in all, it was a terrible experience where I feel the Service Center was just trying to make a buck and never did what was asked. More

Terrible experience. Put stickers on my car and removed my license plate cover/threw it away. Service team was rude and unhelpful. When I told the guy delivering my car that the stickers and license plate cover were not mine, he tried to gaslight me and tell me they were old and had always been there. Instead of an apology, I was just told it was because the team was so busy. Did not appreciate the complete disrepect, gaslighting and dismissiveness of the team. Will never be returning. More

The service manager was difficult to work with. He was not willing to do a price match for tires. My experience with him is below industry standard. I will take the car to another dealership.
