Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about your experience and want to clarify a few important points. In the video we sent, our Toyota Certified Technician explained that the front control arm bushings were not a state inspection item yet, but they were starting to tear. He also noted that the rear trailing arm bushings were beginning to separate from the housing. While neither was listed as a current inspection failure, bushings in this condition can lead to alignment issues, uneven tire wear, and eventual failure — and they are commonly overlooked by many mechanics. The technician also stated in the video that he had not performed the road test yet because he wanted the vehicle to fully warm up first, and that he would update you once he completed it. To accurately pinpoint the noise you mentioned, additional diagnosis — including possible component removal — would still be needed. Your recalls were completed, and we’d be happy to review everything with you again — including the video — and even have you come in so we can show you the vehicle on the lift in person.
