Too long wait just for be oil change, rotation Appointment was for 11:00- car didn't get in till at least 11:50. Advisor should have said something about being behind so could reschedule.Also they Appointment was for 11:00- car didn't get in till at least 11:50. Finally got my car 2 hours after arriving there- ridiculous for oil change and just rotation. Last time was the expected 30 or less so this was shocking. The sales guy talked to Matt K though was very helpful talking to about my lease coming up. More
