She honored every requirement that I asked for ( send build sheets, stickers, OTD prices, etc ). She never once tried to push the vehicle. There is no one size fits all as far as dealing with customers, and Phoebe just has that knack on gauging what a potential buyer such as I wants. I am both a pain in the rear of a customer as well as the easiest going fella.. And she tackled both my personalities equally well. To those looking to purchase, seek this lady first. And if you end up with a lousy experience, then let me assure you that no one else can make you happy. Don’t get me wrong, I have nothing bad to say about the entire dealership altogether!!! As far as I’m concerned, when it comes to a vehicle purchase all dealerships are the same. They entice and promise the world. I’m a practical person with simple needs, so I don’t need any of that frivo purchase all dealerships are the same. They entice and promise the world. Sales person Phoebe Lagas and her Bossman Matt Kuhlman gave me a deal that was hard to pass up. And this was done with zero sales pressure, exactly the kind of buying experience I wanted. The dealership itself is well kept as far as the showroom’s layout. Plenty of amenities, and not overwhelming. A beer tap would’ve been nice, but hey, baby steps. In summary, my experience was nothing but positive, A++ More

My wife and I bought a truck that Hall Toyota picked up for us from another dealership and the truck was absolute garbage and need $6,000 worth of work just to keep it alive for the next couple years. The GM Matt and salesman Bill swapped the truck we bought for a different truck that was easily worth twice as much as they were going to sell it to us for. Absolute amazing people, worthwhile experience and phenomenal customer service. This dealership is the cream of the cream of the crop and I will only be going to them for a new car from now on. Can't wait to come back and deal with them again! More
