Very professional, courteous, genuine, honest and provided excellent customer service. I called Matt on a Friday and he was open to me coming out either Friday or Saturday. No pressure at all. He knows that now most customers know what they want and he just offered his advice and started the ball rolling. Very smooth process from selecting the car to finance/paperwork to delivery.
