As long as MATT LONG sells Lexus, I will buy from him. He was extremely patient as I changed the model several times. When I finally settled on what I wanted, he spent weeks looking for my new car (there He was extremely patient as I changed the model several times. When I finally settled on what I wanted, he spent weeks looking for my new car (there was a chip shortage after all) and kept in constant contact. I ended up buying my (used) RX350 Sport sight unseen from 1,000 miles away. When I picked it up and saw it in person, it was exactly what Matt said it would be. I loathe the car shopping process, but Matt was no-pressure and actually listened to what I wanted to buy instead of trying to sell me what he wanted to sell. It was the easiest car buying process I have had in the 30+ years I have been buying cars. The whole team at Metro Lexus was amazing. There are simply not enough positive adjectives to describe Matt and Metro Lexus. I will definitely be back. More

This is the third car I have purchased with matt's help. He is the most responsive and caring sales representative I have ever dealt with after 40 years of purchasing cars.
