This is my third AMAZING experience with Metro Lexus. Pete and Matt both made the process quick and seamless. I always felt heard and truly valued as a customer. When I came to pick up my new SUV, all of Pete and Matt both made the process quick and seamless. I always felt heard and truly valued as a customer. When I came to pick up my new SUV, all of my set up questions were answered and the finance process was quick and easy. There are so many things that I can say about this dealership and my salesman Matt Long. Most importantly Matt was assertive, prompt and patient. Being that I am a very particular/picky person, Matt was patient with me and my uncertainties didnt seem to bother him. He was always in a happy upbeat mood. He provided several contact numbers and was always available for questions/concerns. Overall, this is a superb dealership with great people... I traveled over 2,000 miles to do business with Metro Lexus (Brookpark Rd). Very comfortable experience and I will be back 2,000 miles or more!
