Unacceptable Service, Negligence, and Missing Property The communication from your facility has been non-existent and unprofessional: June 20: I brought my vehicle in for a simple 30-minute rep Property The communication from your facility has been non-existent and unprofessional: June 20: I brought my vehicle in for a simple 30-minute report. June 25: The only contact I received was a single callback from Jesus, during which I had to correct the record that a loaner vehicle was never offered and request an updated status. July 1: Mazda USA confirmed you received the required parts. July 7: My vehicle was parked on your lot for nearly a week without a word, and I was notified it was ready only after corporate intervened. July 9: The original key fobs have been switched without informing me. When I tried to enter my vehicle with the original key fob provided when I purchased my vehicle, it didn't work. On June 20th, when I dropped my vehicle off, you were given the second key fob that a Mazda key chain attached to it gave to me by the sales department. Also, I have a time stamp of my burglar alarm going off on July 7th when the vehicle was repaired. I have been a loyal customer at this location since 2017. The current leadership under the current Service Manager, Service Advisor who was assigned my vehicle, and General Manager is, without question, the worst I have ever encountered at Heritage Mazda Catonsville. It is disgraceful that Danielle at the Mazda USA Consumer Experience Center received immediate replies from you, Mr. Martin, while I—the actual customer paying for your services—was completely ignored.
