Novy and the team were fantastic. I had contacted Novy the day before on the explorer I was interested in. Let him know I work late and would be there as soon as I could. He was all s I had contacted Novy the day before on the explorer I was interested in. Let him know I work late and would be there as soon as I could. He was all set for me and walked me through the process. Being late in the day and month I know it can be hectic. They stayed after hours for me and had me rolling out. Ryan the general sales manager introduced himself to me and made me feel welcome. Very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and everyone was very friendly. Shawn did my paperwork and very clear with understanding all of the finance side of things. Novy is the man. With all his years of experience in the industry he still takes nothing for granted. This is a great team supporting him and if you need any type of vehicle, go see Novy! More

Salesman was fine. Management is either incompetent or dishonest. When we went back to the finance office (which took over an hour of waiting) we were in there for over Management is either incompetent or dishonest. When we went back to the finance office (which took over an hour of waiting) we were in there for over TWO HOURS. We Explicitly told him we didn’t want any add ons. but after two hours of doing whatever he was doing he managed to slip in a coverage for blown tires. Didn’t explain it to us (Which explicitly goes against the contract), it was late we were tired, we were hungry, and we trusted him. BIG MISTAKE. We noticed the charge the next day, immediately called, got the paperwork to undo it, signed it sent it in. They told us itd be 30 days… Two months later and we still didn’t have the charge removed. We called several more times. Finally was told they would expidite it and it’d come off in 10 days. Well a month later it still hasn’t come off. they are intentionally misleading people and giving us the run around. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If I could give zero stars I would. More

Well I have to update this back down to 1 star. Would give less than 1 star if I could. This is due to the worst customer service I have experienced from the service department.. Bought a 2024 K5 a Would give less than 1 star if I could. This is due to the worst customer service I have experienced from the service department.. Bought a 2024 K5 and 2024 Telluride from them. Tried to get the oil changed in the K5 and the soonest they could get it in was over 2 months out. Even offered to leave it there all day. They did not care. The Telluride had several recalls including one that was a fire hazard. Again, 2 months out was the best they could do. At the time of both sales, they included 1 year of free maintenance which is basically 2 oil changes in 1 year. They would not honor that on either vehicle so don't fall for that scam like we did. They do offer Lyft rides and this morning right after I dropped it off, they called saying they had no record of free 1 year maintenance so I would have to pay for the oil change. The lady calling was not helpful at all. When I hung up, the Lyft driver said I was the 3rd person he picked up recently from Kia of Columbia that had the exact conversation about the 1 year of free maintenance with them! So if you are expecting to have great service because you bought a brand new vehicle from Kia of Columbia, you will be disappointed like us. They do not care about customers after the purchase. How does the saying go... fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!! More

I have made multiple purchases from Kia of Columbia, and Novy Foland has been my sales person for every one. But this time he really went above and beyond! I live over two hours away from the dealership and Novy Foland has been my sales person for every one. But this time he really went above and beyond! I live over two hours away from the dealership and had totaled my previous car. Novy and I discussed a couple options, then he made a video of this great Cadenza for me to ensure I liked it. Then, on his day off no less, he drove to my home, helped me run a couple errands, then drove me back to Columbia to finish the paperwork. That's dedication there! More
