Everybody did their job. Everybody I worked with at Bommarito did their job. I started out communicating by email with Matt McManus. Then when I went to dealer the process was started by James Ochs and the sale completed by Craig Schnaak. Everybody did their job just fine. Not much too complain about. The only slightly negative thing was a little bit of pressure to buy the extended warranty. I did end up buying it after saying no about three times. Besides that it was pretty smooth. More

No Pressure Sale Tommy Morris was very patient with us as we knew what we wanted but weren't ready to buy. We visited Tommy several times and he was never pushy about Tommy Morris was very patient with us as we knew what we wanted but weren't ready to buy. We visited Tommy several times and he was never pushy about buying that day; he understood our situation and answered our questions. I promised Tommy when we were ready to buy we would be back and we were. Tommy and the dealership went above and beyond to get us the 4 Runner that we wanted as they didn't have what we wanted on the lot, but they found it. Financing was a breeze and they got us a better rate than our credit union was offering. This was one of the easiest car buying experience we have every had. More
