DEALERSHIP: I live 15 minutes away from another Cadillac DEALERSHIP: I live 15 minutes away from another Cadillac dealer. I was looking for a new Cadillac ATS so I went there first. They had plenty of them, DEALERSHIP: I live 15 minutes away from another Cadillac dealer. I was looking for a new Cadillac ATS so I went there first. They had plenty of them, but not one I wanted to own based on options and color. I when over to Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC to take a look. I found a few ATS cars with option packages and colors I liked. Also, they have a great website. I was able to carefully investigate all the new ATS cars. I was able to find the perfect car in stock. Well done on the car ordering and the website. SALES CONSULTANT: I worked Bridgette Guarneri. She is really good at her job. She takes care of the little details that matter to make the customer feel at ease. She also knows the cars in stock. She knew what cars they had in stock, the options and where the cars are in the parking lot. I am a technology director and a college professor. In fact, I teach an automobile technology class. At no point did Bridgette give me wrong or vague answers related to the car’s technology. As for the sales process, she did all the right things, worked with the manager and made me a fair offer on the trade-in and price of the new car. Over and Above the Call of Duty: Bridgette said that I can contact her via text to her cell phone. This was a big help. She answer questions that I sent her at 10:30 PM at 10:50 PM. I did not expect an answer until she got back to work the next day. Also, Bridgette asked me about getting a refund on my extended warranty on my old car. I said that I don’t think MB would do that. This type of refund is not stated on the warranty documents. Well, Bridgette decided to try to get a refund on my warranty without me asking to do this. Well, she made it happen. My husband and I have been customers of this dealership for over 17 years and recommend them highly. I have purchased 8 cars from them in the past 17 years and have always found them to be professional, f for over 17 years and recommend them highly. I had a very positive experience from the momemt I walked into the dealership. Sam greeted me as I entered and he immediately starting asking me what I was looking for in a car. I told him about other dealer into the dealership. Sam greeted me as I entered and he immediately starting asking me what I was looking for in a car. I told him about other dealerships that I had visited. Once he knew I was interested in the Buick Verano he signed one out for a test drive. The test ride went well and we went in to crunch some numbers. I left the dealerhip feeling confident about making a purchase. A few days later Sam called and we set up a time to finalize the sale. I met with Matt and Mike and was thoroughly satisfied with the attention I received. I love my Verano!!! More

The complete buying experience was pleasureable with no haggling over price. They didn't have the car we wanted, so they were able to locate it and get it delivered for us. After being a dedicated Poughkeepsie Nissan customer for nine years, we walked into Hudson Cadillac, Buick, and GMC on a recommendation of a friend and colleague. It was by far the most professional, hassle-free and enjoyable car buying experience to date. From the minute we walked in the door to the time we left, Justin greeted us within minutes, showed us a numbers of cars, thoroughly explained our options and allowed us to ask questions freely and without pressure. We bought our Cadillac ATS that night. Matt presented an offer that was not only exceeded our expectations but was an offer we simple could not refuse. Happily, I turned in my Maxima two months early and was in my new ATS that following Wednesday. Thank you Justin, Matt and John Ankler Sr. for their assistance, professionalism and EXCELLENT customer service. I am a repeat customer. During 2012, I acquired 4 vehicles with Hudson. And for good reason...they listen to what my needs are rather than trying to steer me to something else; they are not high-pres vehicles with Hudson. And for good reason...they listen to what my needs are rather than trying to steer me to something else; they are not high-pressured in the way they conduct business; the professionals that I have associated with are genuinely nice people that would be easy to be friends with; if they don't have the vehicle in their stock, they will jump quickly to obtain it; they go far out of their way to ensure that they provide exemplary customer service; and their prices are reasonable, with financing that can fit a budget. An example of their customer service? Earlier this year, my son drove through a construction area, and it resulted in a puncture to the side of his tire. It turns out that the tire on his Verano was a new tire that was not yet stocked by many tire dealers. At a time when he had to drive a distance, this would have been a hardship to travel with the compact spare. We went back to Hudson, and the combination of Mike Mullaney and Manny Pece had my son back on the road with a brand new tire that they actually pulled off a new car sitting in their lot...and all within 20 minutes, even though the service dept was busy that day. This event showed me alot about their commitment to customer service. Currently, I just acquired a Cadillac XTS from Hudson. They had me riding in the car within a few days after my initial discussion with Manny Pece. Matt Mullaney was also extremely helpful in explaining some of the technical questions I had about the computerization in this great vehicle. And, like always, as busy as he is running his dealership, Mike Mullaney was quick to come by and chat about the acquisition and general conversation. So, I am locked into Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC, and for good reason...they "get it". In today's culture, where quality is lacking, and customer service is an afterthought, Mike Mullaney has a staff of sales and service professionals who understand common sense and the proper way to do business and treat people. The building may have been remodeled to look modern, but their values remain traditionally apprealing! More

I recently leased a 2013 Buick Varano from this dealership. The service was very professional and everyone I dealt with made me feel very comfortable.
