From the first call I received, my salesperson Bridgette was friendly, informative and helpful. During the process Matt Mullaney, the Sales manager, came over to introduce himself and really gave me the feel of Hudson as a family business. Both Bridgette and Matt made me feel like they cared and that it was important for them to have me leave happy. I chose lease a 2012 Buick Verano and couldn't be happier with my choice to lease through Hudson. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated more like a neighbor than just as a potential sale. More

This was my first car-buying experience and I am so glad it was at Hudson with Sam and Mike. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for 9new or used, buy or lease) so they walked me through all the possib it was at Hudson with Sam and Mike. 4/11/2012 - I was told my old LW1 Saturn wouldn't pass inspection without almost $2,000 invested so .... Time for a new used car! I started my search where I had purchased the Saturn a few years ago. (It' inspection without almost $2,000 invested so .... Time for a new used car! I started my search where I had purchased the Saturn a few years ago. (It's, of course, no longer a Saturn dealership, but I won't mention the dealers name, here!). I felt like I was decended upon by vultures! I drove some cars and bought one I liked to my mechanic - he said this was broke, that didn't work, and the snow tires would have to come off - it wasn't "A bad car" but for the price, I could do better. I went back and behold! The price dropped and I was offered a two year warranty and many frills! I said I'd think about it. My mechanic suggested I check out Hudson Cadillac, Buick GMC near the mall - He had worked there for two years - said they were honest and trust worthy (two words which I think are very important these days), their cars were thoroughly checked out before sale and their after-purchase care was great. Well ... The sales staff was great! I was treated with respect and integrity! To make a long story short ... Yesterday I drove off with a used Buick. My purchase was way under $10,000 and I was treated the same way someone purchasing a $50,000 auto would have been. It wasn't just one sales person, they seemed to all work together and help each other to make things happen. They answered any questions I had, even the dumb ones without making me feel like a *** ! I am VERY VERY happy the way things went, and I could go on and on. It's really hard to find service like this around anymore! I highly recommend, if your looking, new or used, that you make these guys (and gals) one of your stops. And now that I'm thinking about it ... I am glad that I bought American! More

Matt and the Hudson Team were wonderful and they helped to get us the perfect car. My husband called the day that we were supposed to pick it up and asked Matt to put balloons on my car for finishing my m to get us the perfect car. Matt went above and beyond and even remembered that it was my birthday and included a birthday balloon as well! It was very thoughtful. We traded in a vehicle and he made it a smooth transaction! It was an awesome experience. I will definitely be recommending this dealership as well as Matt. More
