No one was rude, but the staff refuse to take accountability for messing up my vehicle. I took It in for recalls and paid for extra services only to get it back with new problems that didn’t show accountability for messing up my vehicle. How does the plug in device not find them, you make changes, and then those problems ,that you tell me the device detects, now show up and you say you didn’t cause them?
