We highly recommend this dealership. As soon as we walked in, we were impressed by how great the team at Weber Ford in Granite City are: Chris our main salesman, Matt from finance and all of the staff that we met are extremely customer oriented, approachable, friendly and helpful. They all congratulated us on our purchase, made sure we had our belongings from our old vehicle, which we nearly forgot, and despite being busy with other customers managed to make all of the customers feel attended to and cared for. Even though this Ford dealership is not our closest one, we will continue to have the car serviced there, because we want to support a business that makes customer satisfaction a priority. More
