Started next door at Weber Chevrolet and felt the sales associate was reading from a script and very pushy trying to get a car sold. Went to the ford dealer to check out an explorer and Chris had the keys associate was reading from a script and very pushy trying to get a car sold. Went to the ford dealer to check out an explorer and Chris had the keys ready for us. Spent a few minutes discussing the odds and ends of the vehicle and told us to have fun driving it. It was obvious he has had plenty of experience with customers and made the process very simple. Never felt pressured to buy and definatly felt a little more personal. Would recommend and go back to do more business. More
