This was one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had. During meeting with Sean with the financing dept. . We found out that Juan had altered our application, Sean reassured us he would get t ever had. During meeting with Sean with the financing dept. . We found out that Juan had altered our application, Sean reassured us he would get to the bottom of things and call us back Monday since we live 4 hours away and were just visiting for the weekend. NO one EVER called me back. An apology or a call back Monday saying we could not make a deal would have been fine but NOTHING. I came back home and got a better truck for less money with no hassle. I will never recommend this car lot for any reason to anyone. More
