Charles was great but Gabriel in financing was not. Took him 3 days to get back to me on what they could get me in financing. I went with another bank. Once I told him we were not going with them on the ext him 3 days to get back to me on what they could get me in financing. I went with another bank. Once I told him we were not going with them on the extended warranty his attitude changed with me and my wife. The dealer also would not do anything about a blower motor going out on the truck.
