in breach of contract i bought the fireball edition mustang, according to the window sticker addendum i was supposed to get a n-gauge and 3 bottles of vortech supercharger i bought the fireball edition mustang, according to the window sticker addendum i was supposed to get a n-gauge and 3 bottles of vortech supercharger oil. if for some reason i have to bring my car to ford and they flash the ecu it will delete the tune for the supercharger and make the car unsafe to drive, with no nguage i cant reinstall, I've called metro ford numerous times and they have blew me off every time. very unprofessional More

I was pleasantly surprised My sales person, Giovanni Young, was knowledgeable and very friendly. My new truck has features that I didn't know about. He went out of his way to help me link my phone to Sync and show me other features on my F 150. I went in after the sale and he was just as helpful as before the sale. That's how you get repeat customers. I had a minor problem with a hose and the service people fixed it on the spot in less than five minutes. I have never had service like that before. I just wish I could remember the name of the service person I worked with. More

Metro Ford made me feel valued I had already visited and not purchased from a half dozen other dealerships in OKC and Stillwater and was sorely disappointed at the lack of customer I had already visited and not purchased from a half dozen other dealerships in OKC and Stillwater and was sorely disappointed at the lack of customer service. When I stepped in to Metro Ford, I felt valued and welcomed. The team was genuinely helpful without being fake or overbearing. The best salesman you could encounter is Chris Derrick . . . he was honest, personable, and did a fantastic job of answering all my questions. Most importantly, he actually listened to what I wanted and tried to understand what I needed from my work and lifestyle. I have not had a moment's regret about my new F250 or the price I paid, and will not hesitate to visit or recommend Metro Ford. More

Disappointed I contacted the dealer on Monday afternoon May 4 about wanting a very specific Mustang. I spoke with Madison in the online sales team. She took my inf I contacted the dealer on Monday afternoon May 4 about wanting a very specific Mustang. I spoke with Madison in the online sales team. She took my info, asked for a down payment of $500 to hold the vehicle and I told her we would be trading in my Ford Fusion. I provided my credit card number for the down payment, but the card was never run (which is fine, its just the point that it was never done and there was so much miscommunication). She sent me the credit app and the link to the used car valuation. I filed out both immediately. She advised I was approved and she would refer me to the sales team. The next day I heard from Robert. He asked about my inquiry and I confirmed it was for a very specific vehicle. He said my card had not been run to place the hold. He also asked if i was trading in, to which I advised, I was, again, relaying the info on my Fusion. I text him info on it to have a value done. I text him later in the day for a status on the value and he advised the used car person was out sick. Next day, Wednesday, I had not heard from him and text him twice in the afternoon. After no response, I called the dealer and was advised he was out for personal reasons. I asked to speak to someone else. Juaquin called me back and we discussed the value of my trade in and the price for the mustang. We went back and forth multiple times and he advised he was speaking with Matt, the manager. I advised i wanted a very specific vehicle and that we were driving five hours to come get it on Friday. I wanted to have everything worked out beforehand and would like to spend as little time at the dealer as possible since we would have to turn around and drive five hours home the same day. We got into Thursday afternoon and had come to an agreed on a price for the Mustang (that included having the windows tinted, which was NEVER done) and a value on my vehicle. I advised i would be financing the amount and understood we would handle taxes ourselves. I VERY SPECIFICALLY asked if there was anything else i needed to do before we came in the next morning. Juaquin reassured that he only needed to know what time i'd be there. I was never offered or directed to speak to anyone in finance. We arrived Friday about noon. Looked over the vehicle, agreed to purchase and went in to see finance (While looking over the vehicle, I questioned Robert about the tint. He reassured me it was tinted. It was NOT). I was absolutely blown away once sitting down and speaking with Ethan. I was never told we could not do Ford financing at 0% AND the rebates (to obtain the price) that were agreed upon. We were advised we would have to finance at the lowest rate available, about 6%. I have immaculate credit and this rate was ridiculous. This was the reason we had not purchased before. I was ready to leave, but since this was the EXACT vehicle I wanted, had been looking for for 2 months, and had driven FIVE HOURS for, my husband convinced us to purchase the vehicle anyway. I have never purchased a "new" car before and was not aware of the conditions. I feel I was VERY clear and asked for information that was not given. NO ONE offered to let us speak to financing prior to coming into town. I didn't know this was an option. There was so much lack of effort and communication by almost everyone we spoke to. The only person we dealt with who had no control was Ethan. He was pleasant. We spoke with David right after walking out of financing. I relayed all this same info to him. He was apologetic, but it was too late. This was a terrible experience. I know no one cares that we won't come back (because of this situation AND the fact that we live 5 hours away). The ONLY reason we purchased this vehicle from you is because you were lucky enough to have a white GT Premium mustang with 402A package on your lot. It was a guaranteed purchase and no one had to make a real effort to sell this vehicle to us. My husband sold it for you. More
