Came in looking for a second vehicle for the wife and I. Lee took great care of me. He provided professional service and also went out of his way to help me with my 8 month old son who was fussy during the Lee took great care of me. The Metro Ford dealership sold me a 2017 Ford F250 that had been deleted without any disclosure. I have left 10 voice messages over two months for Matt Randall without a returned call. The salesman tried had been deleted without any disclosure. I have left 10 voice messages over two months for Matt Randall without a returned call. The salesman tried to get Matt Randall to take some course of action to no avail. The customer service is terrible and no one wants to take responsibility nor do anything about any issues. They tried to sell me an extended warranty on the truck that is not even covered under warranty because it has been deleted, which I did not realize at the time they were trying to sell me the extended warranty. All businesses have issues, but the good ones address the problem and don't run and hide in a corner hoping the problem goes away. More

in breach of contract i bought the fireball edition mustang, according to the window sticker addendum i was supposed to get a n-gauge and 3 bottles of vortech supercharger i bought the fireball edition mustang, according to the window sticker addendum i was supposed to get a n-gauge and 3 bottles of vortech supercharger oil. if for some reason i have to bring my car to ford and they flash the ecu it will delete the tune for the supercharger and make the car unsafe to drive, with no nguage i cant reinstall, I've called metro ford numerous times and they have blew me off every time. very unprofessional More
