I have to say, Chris Booker is probably the best overall sales person I have encountered during my 40 + years of buying cars. You guys have some good people at Royal. The sales Manager, Matt Robertson, was very helpful and friendly also. Chris Booker was very knowledgeable of the vehicles we drove and was very, very courteous with his presentations of the vehicles we test drove and looked at. He was not pushy at all and he was very easy to talk to with any questions we had. Again, our experience was first class and would definitely return, especially if Chris is there. I will finish with this. I normally do not write such a thorough review but in this case I think it was warranted. Thanks again, Patti and Jim. More
