I have been with Halleen Kia since 2009. One thing that I have taken pride in doing since then is making your sales experience is an easy, honest, and fair one. One thing most of us can agree on is buying a car isn't always fun or easy. And that is what I make sure you get. I love most Cleveland sports teams and take a high interest in them. I stay active in the gym still as well as on the basketball court. Going out to local restaurants and trying new foods or having a good meal and experience somewhere is also something I enjoy. That is why I try and replicate that time and experience with every customer I speak with. Excellence at its best this was our 2nd Kia that we leased from Halleen Kia. When our lease was coming up we already knew we where going back and getting a second kia. Lov this was our 2nd Kia that we leased from Halleen Kia. When our lease was coming up we already knew we where going back and getting a second kia. Loved our first Kia and the customer service at Halleen Kia is 2nd to none. Matt who leased us both of our cars always goes over and above what he needs to do. Would recommend Matt and Halleen Kia to anyone who was looking for a car. Thanks again! More

The majority do NOT prefer Doraty! Was nearing the end of my lease on a 2012 Kia Optima, and made the mistake of going to Bill Doraty Kia first. Was planning on re-leasing a 2015 Optim Was nearing the end of my lease on a 2012 Kia Optima, and made the mistake of going to Bill Doraty Kia first. Was planning on re-leasing a 2015 Optima, and thought that because they're such a large dealership, they'd give me the best price. Over the course of two conversations with them, the price went UP three times. It was at that point that they lost my interest, and my business. I decided to call Halleen Kia and spoke to Matt, who was wonderful! He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to track me down the color and the options that I wanted. Thanks to Steve in the Finance Dept as well for making the paperwork process quick and painless. I would definitely recommend Halleen to anyone else looking to purchase a Kia! More

Leased 2 cars from Matt. Great Salesman I leased a 2011 Optima and had such a great experience with Matt that I leased a second car (Rio) for my wife. The Optima has been a great car and is well taking care by Vince Barry and the great service dept. at Halleen. In fact my daughter has Vince service her Honda Civic.Friendly people to work with. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. More

I recently leased a new optima from Matt. The experience was smooth. I was very pleased with the way Matt relayed information to me about the car and I didn't feel any pressure along the way. Just well info was smooth. I was very pleased with the way Matt relayed information to me about the car and I didn't feel any pressure along the way. Just well informed. When I made the decision to purchase i was undecided about color, and Matt was very careful not to tell me which one he thought was best until he saw how torn I was. Thats when he gave me his opinion and took me to the different colors he had available on the lot so i could see them in different light and live as opposed to just pictures. Overall great experience. More

My hand was kind of forced into buying a new car, because my car was stolen. I looked around at other dealers, but they were all about what they wanted and not what I wanted. I did some research online, and came across Halleen Kia, and decided to have a conversation with them. Matt Rogalski is the dealer I delt with, and I couldn't of been any happier. He listened to what I wanted, put a couple of choices together, and was able to come into the budget that my wife and I first set out for. Matt went above and beyond, was very knowledgeable of his product and fun to talk too. Keep up the hard work, you have my future business Halleen Kia. More
