I have been with Halleen Kia since 2009. One thing that I have taken pride in doing since then is making your sales experience is an easy, honest, and fair one. One thing most of us can agree on is buying a car isn't always fun or easy. And that is what I make sure you get. I love most Cleveland sports teams and take a high interest in them. I stay active in the gym still as well as on the basketball court. Going out to local restaurants and trying new foods or having a good meal and experience somewhere is also something I enjoy. That is why I try and replicate that time and experience with every customer I speak with. I had been to dealership after dealership looking for a car that was right for me. No matter where I went the salesman was never as friendly and helpful as Matt Rogalski. Unlike most salesman he worried ab car that was right for me. No matter where I went the salesman was never as friendly and helpful as Matt Rogalski. Unlike most salesman he worried about what I was looking for in a car! Im very happy with the car I purchased at Halleen Kia and would highly recommend this dealership! More

I had gone to another Kia dealer and they, outside of the sales staff were not friendly and not willing to work with me. When I went to Halleen Kia they were very friendly and knowledgable from sales Matt R sales staff were not friendly and not willing to work with me. When I went to Halleen Kia they were very friendly and knowledgable from sales Matt Rogalski to management Teddy Stout and Don Bazzo. They treated us as I would expect if I were buying a $50,000 car, not a $20,000 car. They all made sure that every step of the way was explained to us, and done correctly. I am very impressed with Halleen Kia, and even though I live 45 miles from them and there are 3 closer Kia dealers, I will return to Halleen in the future and send all my friends and family there as well. More
