He was very pleasant and respectful when communicating…..truly 5 star treatment. I drive more than 2hrs. for my car maintenance service. I’ve been doing so for almost two years. I was recently informed Mr. Matt R. had been promoted to a new position..I’ve been with PC Toyota since 2018 mainly due to the professionalism of Mr. Matt R. and the workmanship of Toyota. I was sad to know Mr. Matt was no longer available, but grateful to Mr. Chris D. for picking up the banner and continuing the 5 star service Toyota provides.
