I had an appointment at 11:00am. I arrived at 10:50am. Not one person came up to me to greet me and take my name. At 11:25 I had to walk in and find some one to help me. I had someo I arrived at 10:50am. Not one person came up to me to greet me and take my name. At 11:25 I had to walk in and find some one to help me. I had someone waiting on me to transport me back to work. Toyota could at least taken my keys so I could have left. My 55 minute estimated appointment took around 2 1/2 hours. I think I will take my business elsewhere in the future. More
