My 2021 Highlander had an issue with the spare tire release mechanism and was replaced under warranty. The part needed to be ordered and came in within a couple of days. I was able to leave the vehicle release mechanism and was replaced under warranty. The part needed to be ordered and came in within a couple of days. I was able to leave the vehicle and take the shuttle home and was picked up at my convenience later in the day. Driver Mark was very helpful.
