Matt Smith, sales representative, was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He was able to answer all of our questions and was able to present us with a deal we were very comfortable with. purchased a truck about a month ago. Had it 1 day and had to bring it back because it had a coolant leak and oil leak. Rainbow Northshore kept it for 2 weeks to supposely do the repairs. Got it back and wit to bring it back because it had a coolant leak and oil leak. Rainbow Northshore kept it for 2 weeks to supposely do the repairs. Got it back and within 4 days had another coolant leak again. Had to bring it back for a second time within 3 weeks. This time Rainbow Northshore refuse to cover repair cost and said it was on me due to purchasing a used vehicle without a warranty. So needless to say i have only had my vehicle about 5 days since purchasing it a month ago. Do Not purchase from this dealership because they are not willing to help you and will screw you over. I now have a very large repair bill they will not cover! I will never purchase from them again and will never recommend anyone to this dealership!!!!!!!!! More

Straight away, the showroom looks great. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. I went in to sell my late husband's GMC Acadia Denali. I was very lucky to have Matt Smith as my salesman and he was very very helpful and pleasant. I went in to sell my late husband's GMC Acadia Denali. I was very lucky to have Matt Smith as my salesman and he was very patient with me. I ended up trading in my 2012 Acadia and my husband's Acadia and purchasing a new car. I was disappointed with service. They refilled my DEF I was disappointed with service. They refilled my DEF and spilled it all down the side of truck. Didn’t even attempt to clean it. I will give them another try for the next service, but when you buy a 75K+ truck and they leave white DEF fluid all down the side and in the side bed step it’s annoying. Sales staff I felt with could t have been better. Not pushy down to earth. Over all experience was great. More
