Had to bring my new vehicle back in to be cleaned and detailed properly, was not done correctly at initial delivery. Adhesive residue, along with stickers still attached to vehicle. Set an appt with my detailed properly, was not done correctly at initial delivery. Adhesive residue, along with stickers still attached to vehicle. Set an appt with my sales person Matt, brought the car in and he took it to be cleaned somewhere at the dealership. Car rim and car door was damaged during this process. Car only had 98miles at this point, and I had recent pictures to prove car was damage free when brought back to dealership. Upon vehicle being returned to me I noticed the damage and asked the dealer to fix. Matt got a manger involved, I don’t remember the mangers name but it was my understanding he was the used car manager. Manager authorized PDR repair for my door which worked out great. He only authorized a wheel repair which looks terrible and something you would expect to see on a used car. Rainbow needs to replace this rim with another identical new rim. That’s the only fix to this problems as far as I am concerned. More
