I then worked with Steve for trade in value. Matt was my out the door finance guy when I picked up the car. None of these men were pushy, just very helpful. For what it's worth, I'm female near retirement and never felt talked down to. I've never had a Honda, it's now been a week, and I love my Civic. Thank you everyone, and especially Mario.
