Catherine Carr is so so kind and amazing! She is someone I would definitely recommend to work with. I had no idea what to expect as it was my very first time purchasing a car. It was a very long and exhaust I would definitely recommend to work with. I had no idea what to expect as it was my very first time purchasing a car. It was a very long and exhausting process, but Catherine kept me at ease the entire time. She was also able to communicate with us and let us know what was going on whenever we were waiting for something. I’m not a very experienced driver, so she was able to show me what cool features the car itself had and I’m glad she did, because I probably would’ve never been able to figure it out myself. Thank you so much for being patient with us and caring! I’d also like to give a BIG thank you to the finance department! We wanted a deal that we had very little chance of getting. The finance department made some calls and worked so hard to get the deal. We got the deal! I couldn’t believe it at first, I thought I was dreaming. You personally went and picked up the car from another state and brought it the exact car I wanted in a 24 hour period and didn’t just stop at that. You never said you couldn’t do it or hesitate in finding the Honda Pilot Touring vehicle I wanted with the exact specs. I will be sure to recommend you to my friends and family and even strangers! Keep up the great work! You are a hustler and your inner energy and drive to make a customer happy should be commended and will continue to make you successful! Great job!!! Thank you! My 13 year old loves how he can see on the map in the rear entertainment center where we are going, how much longer to go, choose his type of transportation vehicle and especially loves the on screen celebration that happens when you arrive at your destination. Nice interactive feature for kids! I could teach map skills this way 😂😊 We would also like to thank Matt Stark in the finance dept. for making the signing process so easy and quick. Not only were you informative and patient with all the finance aspects of leasing a new Pilot, but you were also very knowledgeable about the Pilot Touring vehicle. You made sure we as customers were full informed of all aspects of leasing a car from the first day to the last day of the lease . Matt also explained all the wonderful safety features the Pilot has to offer and explained them to us calmly and clearly answering all our questions. The use of visual aids to explain things was nicely presented and made the whole financial aspect of leasing a car less stressful. More

Top notch no pressure sales My non-Honda car had broken down 100 miles from home and I needed a car. I came to Joyce Honda specifically because of the quantity of preowned cars My non-Honda car had broken down 100 miles from home and I needed a car. I came to Joyce Honda specifically because of the quantity of preowned cars I saw on their website, and worked with David, Still not sure if i wanted a preowned car, David looked into new stock, saw a prior year's model he thought I'd be interested, and introduced me to Mario, super helpful and easy going. I then worked with Steve for trade in value. Matt was my out the door finance guy when I picked up the car. None of these men were pushy, just very helpful. For what it's worth, I'm female near retirement and never felt talked down to. I've never had a Honda, it's now been a week, and I love my Civic. Thank you everyone, and especially Mario. I would not hesitate to come back to Mario for another new Honda, even though he's not near where I live. More
