Top notch no pressure sales My non-Honda car had broken down 100 miles from home and I needed a car. I came to Joyce Honda specifically because of the quantity of preowned cars My non-Honda car had broken down 100 miles from home and I needed a car. I came to Joyce Honda specifically because of the quantity of preowned cars I saw on their website, and worked with David, Still not sure if i wanted a preowned car, David looked into new stock, saw a prior year's model he thought I'd be interested, and introduced me to Mario, super helpful and easy going. I then worked with Steve for trade in value. Matt was my out the door finance guy when I picked up the car. None of these men were pushy, just very helpful. For what it's worth, I'm female near retirement and never felt talked down to. I've never had a Honda, it's now been a week, and I love my Civic. Thank you everyone, and especially Mario. I would not hesitate to come back to Mario for another new Honda, even though he's not near where I live. More

Given that my closest family members have gotten Hondas from Joyce Honda in the past and their experiences with these vehicles, I decided to trade in my Toyota Corolla and get a new CR-V. I have been in co from Joyce Honda in the past and their experiences with these vehicles, I decided to trade in my Toyota Corolla and get a new CR-V. I have been in correspondence with Ryan since late 2019/beginning of 2020 and just recently got the vehicle. The experience I have endured at Joyce Honda was exceptional! Ryan was very knowledgeable, patient, and I am completely satisfied with the experience he provided to me despite the pandemic. If you need a new car, go to him!! Lastly, Matt walked me through a lot of the financial details and made the experience also enjoyable. Overall, I look forward to being a part of the Honda family and enjoying my new car! More

My experience at Honda was amazing. In the past, I have had bad experiences with dealerships being dishonest and not helpful; Joyce Honda was the exact opposite. They went out of their way to make sure my had bad experiences with dealerships being dishonest and not helpful; Joyce Honda was the exact opposite. They went out of their way to make sure my needs and expectations were met. They would call to check in and see if there was anything they could do. They worked hard to find the best price for me and make the transition go as smoothly as possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy/lease a new car. More
