Friendly quality service I have had my new honda into the shop 8 times in the 9 months I have owned this vehicle. Each time the service department has listened to my concerns, I have had my new honda into the shop 8 times in the 9 months I have owned this vehicle. Each time the service department has listened to my concerns, maintained a friendly atmosphere even when I was not pleasant due to my frustration of it taking so long to find a fix. The service department did an excellent job of using all the resources at hand to fix the problem with my Odyssey. Best service department you will find. More

Good dealership Buying a (used) car is almost always unpleasant, but the sales team at Bob Lindsay seems to be filled with nice, low-pressure people that make the pro Buying a (used) car is almost always unpleasant, but the sales team at Bob Lindsay seems to be filled with nice, low-pressure people that make the process much better than at other dealerships. Emily Norris was great to deal with and really went above and beyond to make sure I was thrilled with the car. For example, even after going through detailing, there were parts that were still pretty visibly dirty. I asked if someone would be able to clean it more thoroughly, and Emily did it herself because no one else was available. Matt Szidon went on the test drive with me and was really knowledgeable and nice to work with. If I lived in Peoria I'd definitely return to Bob Lindsay, and even though I live in St Louis I'll check out their inventory the next time I'm in the market. More

He provides great customer service without trying to push the hard sale. He is truly interested in ensuring our long term happiness and comfort. Matt follows through after the sale to make sure everything is up to our standards and that we remain happy. There is no doubt that I will continue to purchase our vehicles through Matt and that I will continue to recommend Matt to my friends and family. Special thanks to Brian Bevill who handled our financing this time around. Brian was thorough with all of the choices offered but never once pressured us into taking option we were not interested in. Dealing with the wonderful people at Bob Lindsay has always been a great experience for our family. The staff are great at what they do, and most importantly, they stand by everything they sell. They are definitely the best out there! More
