I leased a car. Staff was pleasant to work with, but process was very slow & disorganized. First printout they showed me was wrong color car. Then after an hour+ wait I left & came back over an hour later only to wait again. When I took car home next day I realized it had not been properly cleaned. 2 days later I got an email asking if I wanted to buy the car I already bought. More

We recently purchased a vehicle from Hyundai of Seattle and had a mostly positive experience. The buying process went smoothly, and both Rachel and Terran were friendly, professional, and easy to work with and had a mostly positive experience. The buying process went smoothly, and both Rachel and Terran were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They made the process feel low-pressure and efficient, which we really appreciated. The only issue we encountered was with the title registration paperwork. We were told a FedEx envelope would be sent, but despite multiple follow-ups, we never received it. That part of the process could have been handled better. Overall, we’re happy with our purchase and the service we received, and would still recommend Hyundai of Seattle—with a note to double-check follow-through on post-sale paperwork. More

Extremely unprofessional experience. I've never dealt with a dealership like this before. I had concerns about a car I recently purchased and reached out multiple times—via email, phone I've never dealt with a dealership like this before. I had concerns about a car I recently purchased and reached out multiple times—via email, phone calls, and even in-person visits—but received no meaningful response. To make matters worse, when I was able to speak with Matt, he hung up on me while I was explaining the issue. This level of customer service is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. More
