Service Jacqueline and Amrit were sooooo professional. I think 10 stars is more appropriate. Pick up and drop off is a great business move. Matt Weston I recently got stuck because the battery in my key was depleted and the car would not start. I looked for help in the owner’s manual to no avail and c I recently got stuck because the battery in my key was depleted and the car would not start. I looked for help in the owner’s manual to no avail and called roadside assistance. I then called Matt Weston to alert him my car would be arriving soon. He told me to try holding the key on the steering wheel column where you would insert a traditional key in older model cars. Viola! The car started. I cancelled the tow truck, went to the store and bought a new battery and realized the next time I have a problem I will call Matt first. More

Great customer service From the minute you arrive you are greeted promptly and with a smile. I did not arrange for a loaner car with the hopes that it was a quick fix but un From the minute you arrive you are greeted promptly and with a smile. I did not arrange for a loaner car with the hopes that it was a quick fix but unfortunately it turned out after the quick assessment was performed in less than an hour my advisor Matt notified me the work would take approximately 3 hours. He offered to arrange and cover the cost of a rental which allowed me to get on with my day and not waste time sitting and waiting. Matt contacted me once the work was completed and I returned later in the day to return the rental which basically consists of pulling up and handing the keys to the service staff. The process overall is smooth and accommodating and totally geared towards serving the customer. I’d love to have the service center be closer to my home but outside of that, I couldn’t ask for a easier and stress free process that Beiner consistently provides. More

So much for purchasing a premium vehicle, what you get at Biener is far If you're a proud Audi owner like me, take your car to be serviced elsewhere! So much for purchasing a premium vehicle, what you get at Biener is far from such. I learned this when I brought my $72k 2018 SQ5 in for a few service items on 8/22. On this day I was also talked into getting my 10k service as it was nearing anyway. What I got back was a vehicle who's front sport calipers and rims where completely ruined, stained and discolored. Although they deny it and probably will continue to do so instead of admitting that someone messed up, was a break fluid spill on my calipers and rims. Mind you that absolutely no one has touched my car other than the people at Biener service. I hand wash it and I have a gold package ceramic pro coating on it. This includes bumper to bumper, rims and calipers included. I was discredited on how and what I use to wash my car or that my rims and tires were even removed that day, even tho the invoices say otherwise and marking, scratches, etching is evident all over my rims. Phone calls and emails to my service consultant Matt Weston, have gone unanswered. The foreman that shrug his shoulders and said there's nothing he could/would do was Amrit Hiralall. I was told that at some point in the future, their regional manager would come in and if I was fortunate enough at a moments notice to bring my car in, he would be the one to look at it and decide on my vehicle. 4 weeks later I'm still waiting for follow up! More
