Ridgeline purchase Review pertains to purchasing a 2020 Ridgeline. I initially contacted the dealership online and received a prompt reply. This was my 4th MattBurney Review pertains to purchasing a 2020 Ridgeline. I initially contacted the dealership online and received a prompt reply. This was my 4th MattBurney vehicle purchase so I was as comfortable as any vehicle purchase could be; I knew what I wanted and was not pressured for anything else. The process went smoothly and I am quite happy with my new vehicle. There is a negative: The vehicle detailing was poor, the inside windshield was quite hazy that I overlooked when picking vehicle up and the trunk was very dirty, coated with some kind white residue over most of the trunk. A new vehicle should always be immaculately detailed. More

Simple and to the point Got there an hour before closing, told the salesman what we wanted, took the vehicle out for a ride, never at any point did my wife or I feel rushed, Got there an hour before closing, told the salesman what we wanted, took the vehicle out for a ride, never at any point did my wife or I feel rushed, we decided on purchasing, we left well after closing and came back the next morning to sign the papers and drive our vehicle home. Owners were out on the floor talking to customers, everyone was very friendly. I would not use any other honda dealership in northeast PA but Matt Burne! More
