Excellent service and overall, a great experience. My wife and I loved our 2007 Camry since it was new and when it was time to pass it on to our son and his family, we both were totally convinced that My wife and I loved our 2007 Camry since it was new and when it was time to pass it on to our son and his family, we both were totally convinced that the only car in consideration was another Camry. We checked with several dealers on line, and visited a couple searching for that "perfect" deal. Maplewood Toyota treated us fairly, had the exact car we wanted, and were willing to negotiate a bit on options. To me, this is important in that nothing turns me off more than some arrogant sales person hiding behind a "no haggle" policy. Maybe that works for some people but for me, I do my research, know what a car is worth, and know when someone is trying to take me for a sucker. Without a doubt, this was the most pleasant, lowest pressure, and enjoyable car-buying experience I've ever had in my 50+ years of dealing with new-car dealers. More

At first I was slightly nervous about getting a car due to knowing my credit was lousy. I especially was shocked that we got a 2014 Toyota Corolla. But what I thought was awesome is the kindness he showed us and treated with respect. He went as far as brought the car to the front and drove the trade in from our house to the dealership. She gave us clear, concise answers on how to fill out an application and what to expect. I filled it out and she immediately notified my husband and I of our credit. We made an appointment. Met with Anna, who then directed us to Matt Anderson. Matt was wonderful in directing us on the Rav4, what kind of models there are, what colors are available and so on. My husband was particular on the exact amount we would be paying monthly and Matt was upfront and honest on what it would be. He was extremely helpful, in all areas. We test drove the car. Matt was very knowledgeable on the car, all its features and so on. I was very impressed. He was also incredibly friendly, asked my husband and I about our family, what our daughters name is, and so on. I found him to be very personal and down to earth. Thank you Matt! And thank you Toyota. More
