Excellent service and overall, a great experience. My wife and I loved our 2007 Camry since it was new and when it was time to pass it on to our son and his family, we both were totally convinced that My wife and I loved our 2007 Camry since it was new and when it was time to pass it on to our son and his family, we both were totally convinced that the only car in consideration was another Camry. We checked with several dealers on line, and visited a couple searching for that "perfect" deal. Maplewood Toyota treated us fairly, had the exact car we wanted, and were willing to negotiate a bit on options. To me, this is important in that nothing turns me off more than some arrogant sales person hiding behind a "no haggle" policy. Maybe that works for some people but for me, I do my research, know what a car is worth, and know when someone is trying to take me for a sucker. Without a doubt, this was the most pleasant, lowest pressure, and enjoyable car-buying experience I've ever had in my 50+ years of dealing with new-car dealers. More

At first I was slightly nervous about getting a car due to knowing my credit was lousy. I especially was shocked that we got a 2014 Toyota Corolla. But what I thought was awesome is the kindness he showed us and treated with respect. He went as far as brought the car to the front and drove the trade in from our house to the dealership. Who does that?! I am such in awe and wonder of the customer service we received from him. God bless him always. That company should feel blessed and honor to have him as a employee there.
