She gave us clear, concise answers on how to fill out an application and what to expect. I filled it out and she immediately notified my husband and I of our credit. We made an appointment. Met with Anna, who then directed us to Matt Anderson. Matt was wonderful in directing us on the Rav4, what kind of models there are, what colors are available and so on. My husband was particular on the exact amount we would be paying monthly and Matt was upfront and honest on what it would be. He was extremely helpful, in all areas. We test drove the car. Matt was very knowledgeable on the car, all its features and so on. I was very impressed. He was also incredibly friendly, asked my husband and I about our family, what our daughters name is, and so on. I found him to be very personal and down to earth. Thank you Matt! The smiling face of Matt Anderson welcomed us at the door on a cold Saturday afternoon. It was the third stop with no promise of success.
