I’ve been using Kia DeLand for many many years, but twice in the last four visits I received my car back and within a day or day there were issues causing it to overheat. Both times Derrick Kus was attentive in the last four visits I received my car back and within a day or day there were issues causing it to overheat. Both times Derrick Kus was attentive and helpful, both times it was fixed and Kia Service admitted blame but both times it left me without a car for several days.it also makes me worried about future service. More

I was seen promptly and the car was whisked away. They worked on my Kia Soul fixing a CBS brake light problem. Matt was really nice, attentive, and kept me apprised of the whole process. We actually had a service scheduled for our 23’ Kia Telliride when we received a call from Moen. Even smoother than our first purchase here as this is our second Deland Kia experience. We drove all the way to Deland from Orlando, FL because of our first phone call interaction, since then there has never been a complaint with Service experience or any other issues. So instead of driving 5 mins up the road, we still drove 1hr for the customer experience. We traded our 2023 Telluride for our 2025 Telluride with all the bells and whistles! We couldn’t be happier and to top it off, financing was amazing with Mr. Amir who got us into our trade with zero hassles with Kia Financing. We are definitely forever customers and recommend Deland Kia to everyone! More
