Matt Brown is the most honest salesman I’ve ever come across. What I have a problem with is Kevin the finance guy. I had asked for PenAir federal credit union. PenAir was 5.16 percent interest rate across. What I have a problem with is Kevin the finance guy. I had asked for PenAir federal credit union. PenAir was 5.16 percent interest rate and he told us we would get a $1,000 dollars off because if we go with PNC bank!! Well PNC was 7.16% interest rate!!! The payment was over a thousand dollars plus! PenAir was way cheaper 5.16%. I saved $200 dollars a month! And he tried to sell us a extended warranty and gap insurance and a maintenance package which totaled almost $7,000.00 extra! I canceled it immediately! More

Mr. Zaks, We do not keep the money funded to us through your lienholder for your warranty. You bought a warranty with a company that sells extended warranties that we are licensed to sell finance products with, but the money is not kept in house. This was explained to you when you purchased your products who the warranty company was that issued the warranties you opted to purchase for your vehicle. We do not control the timeline but with your vehicle being financed, the refund is always back to your lienholder and should not be issued to you directly. We are able to login to the JM&A system, and we did verify your warranty was cancelled on 10/1/2025 as you requested. We do not control when the refund is issued.

That’s the last time I deal with Kevin “The Finance Guy” I canceled the extended warranty before 10-1-25 and you confirmed it!! Now it’s 10-12-25!! I’ll have my OWN BANK DO THE FINANCING WITHOUT YOU!! Again I SAVED $200 a month by going to my own bank “PENAIR” at 5.16% instead of the one YOU PICKED FOR US👈🏻 And oh you’ll save $1,000 bucks!! Your loan was 7.16% it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that one out! We saved way more than a $1,000 by going to PenAir. I will have my Truck serviced and NEW TRUCK AT STEP ONE BUICK GMC AND CADILLAC DEALERSHIP IN PENSACOLA! You're such a con! Smile in peoples faces while getting them for all you can!!! We told you that we both were disabled Veterans and been ripped off by another car dealership!!! And wanted to be treated better because we were sick of being ripped off. Yet here you are drooling at another sucker! Well I got news for you? My wife and I are NOT SUCKERS!! I’ll leave it at that! Somethings are better left unsaid!
