Liz was personable and relatable. Even though the process took some time even the silence which there was just the right amount was comfortable with her felt familiar. One thing was I was told the car would be detailed before I got it and perhaps they rushed just a bit it was mostly clean but minor details . I’m so happy with my purchase ! Matt and Joel were extremely helpful and professional! We already had financing in place and had already found the vehicle we were looking for on the McKenzie website, so it was a very easy process! I w We already had financing in place and had already found the vehicle we were looking for on the McKenzie website, so it was a very easy process! I was pleased that they didn't try to talk us into a more expensive vehicle as some salespersons would. They were both respectful of our time and spoke to both me and my husband. That's a biggie for me! In the past, there have been other salespersons that would only speak to the male person that was with me and I was totally ignored! That was the moment I left the dealership and moved on to purchase elsewhere. TOTALLY NOT THE CASE at McKenzie! My husband and I BOTH were treated with respect and that's HUGE! Thanks Guys! Great buying experience! Will definitely recommend to all of my family and friends! More
